Midnight Muses ("we," "us," or "our") is built on integrity, discretion, and genuine care for everyone we work with. This Ethics Policy applies to our team, our Muses, our clients, and every partner associated with us, and it sits at the heart of how we operate.

01 Lawful Conduct

We operate in full accordance with all applicable municipal, provincial, and federal laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Midnight Muses arranges introductions and companionship for time and companionship only. Nothing we offer constitutes an offer, arrangement, or solicitation for sexual services. What consenting adults choose to share in private is a personal matter, and is never bought, sold, advertised, or directed by us.

02 Consent & Autonomy

Every Muse is an independent, consenting adult who chooses this work freely. Each retains full autonomy over her schedule, her bookings, and her boundaries, and may decline or end any engagement at any time, for any reason, without consequence. We facilitate introductions; we never direct or control how our Muses spend their time.

03 Age Verification

This website and all our services are strictly for adults 19 years of age or older. We verify that every Muse is of legal age before any introduction is made. Everyone associated with Midnight Muses is treated with respect and dignity. Harassment, mistreatment, and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited. Mutual courtesy is expected of clients and extended to our Muses without exception.
